This is an exciting opening, as it will give you the opportunity to lead a team of HR Administrators and develop their skills and experiences whilst contributing to the overall success of the business The Role Youll enjoy an operational team leader role, coaching and developing the HR Administration team to meet the service levels and needs of the business. Youll contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures to ensure a quality service is delivered to the business. All other team management responsibilities will be included, as you will need to ensure that the team continues to achieve at the highest level within the business. The Person Youll have previous experience of managing a HR team with the ability to coach and motivate individuals to achieve required results. You must be assertive and demonstrate the ability to give feedback and interact with employees at all levels. With experience of working within an operational environment youll have the ability to drive continuous improvement activities within the team.
