BACKGROUND
This leading organisation are experiencing a period of continued growth and as such are seeking an experienced Home Based HR Advisor to provide a proactive and commercial employee relations advice and people development support to the Northern region.
ROLE
The Human Resources Advisor will become an integral part of the operations team, assisting area managers in delivering business objectives through their teams. You will guide and coach area managers through complex ER issues whilst remaining up to date with existing and forthcoming legislation. You will also work with area managers to identify development needs for employees and coach area managers to identify appropriate solutions.
PERSON
From a fast paced commercial background you will be an experienced Regional HR advisor with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. You will be a self-starter with evidence of working independently at a senior level within a complex multi-site environment.
