Your Role This is a unique opportunity to join this forward thinking organisation and implement HR strategies and regional business plans that will play a pivotal role in the future development of the business. Youll cover the 3 sites, applying the HR business plan to each specific site. This is a generalist role covering the whole HR spectrum including performance management, organisational change, resource and manpower planning About You Youll have extensive knowledge and skills in relation to redundancy, TUPE and Industrial Relations. Youll have experience of working within a complex multi-site volume environment, with strong trade union experience and the ability to create effective working relationships. CIPD qualified and strategic in nature, previous experience of contract mobilisation would be highly beneficial.
