My client has recently acquired a new business and as a result is looking for an Interim HR Advisor for a period of 6 months.
Working in a stand alone capacity on the Leicester site you will take day to day responsibility for a site of approximately 200 employees. You will deal with employee relations,, training and development, recruitment and selection and management development. Following the acquisition, you will also be responsible for the harmonisation of terms and conditions, the implementation of the new culture programme and vision and values.
Starting immediately and reporting to the HR Director on remote site, you will be CIPD qualified with the ability to hit the ground running. Ideally with previous experience of working within a manufacturing or Distribution environment, you will have strong generalist experience from within a changing organisation. This will initially be for a period of 6 months.
