Working for an expanding media organisation we are looking to recruit a highly experienced HR Adviser.
About the Role
The role will be offering support and advice to a diverse work force, the key elements of the role will be
•ER casework
•Recruitment at all levels within the company
•Devising and implementing a robust L&D function.
•Dealing with confidential paperwork
•Develop HR policies and procedures
•Advising on Rewards and benefits
About You
CIPD qualified or equivalent, previous HR Adviser experience within a fast paced environment.
