My client is currently seeking an experienced HR adviser to join their fast paced progressive organisation based in Leicestershire. The company is undertaking an exciting period of change and this an excellent time for someone looking to take the next move and get involved in adhoc projects. Key Responsibilities: Advising senior management, clients and employees on HR policy and employment law Representing HR at client meetings Responsibility for recruitment, attraction and selection Responsible for all job offers and change in terms and conditions Sickness absence administration and monitoring Undertaking all Disciplinary/Grievances Assisting in the introduction of the Investors In People programme (IIP) Undertaking TUPE transfers HR project work including best practice within the group.
