Our particular area of expertise within the arvato division is that of outsourcing call centres, servicing the call handling needs of a multitude of blue chip clients across a diversity of sectors; financial services, retail, telecoms, on-line advertising to name just a few, and we currently have an excellent career opening for a high calibre, experienced generalist HR Advisor to support the business at its site in Willerby, East Riding with flexibility to travel to our other site in Liverpool as and when required.
Our dynamic and ever changing business requires a highly resilient and self motivated individual who can demonstrate an excellent depth of generalist HR knowledge and proven track record of supporting line managers in all typical areas of day to day people management such as attendance, performance, discipline, grievance, TUPE, salary & reward, appraisal, recruitment etc.
A good working knowledge of payroll procedures and related systems would also be a distinct advantage. Competency on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) is also required.
Supporting the HR Manager for both call centre sites, the successful candidate must be able to work very independently with minimum supervision and a high level of personal initiative.
They will demonstrate strong attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, be commercially focused, adaptable in the face of regularly changing priorities, confident in their own decision making and possess an acute awareness of the need for discretion and confidentiality. Highly developed written communication skills are also essential for this role.
Although this is initially a six month contract, there is very strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right person. Important - The successful candidate must be able to spend a large proportion of their first month working alongside the HR Manager at our Liverpool offices to familiarise themselves with the role.
