This successful consultancy, with offices world-wide, are seeking commercially focused HR Business Partners who will really add value to their designated client group.
You will really get involved in aiding business leaders to meet key objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and to lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance.
You will be collaborate with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drives, and associated people requirements for both the current and future business challenges.
You will also identify, develop and successfully deliver client-responsive, cost-effective solutions, utilising a range of techniques including consultant methodology and project management techniques.
