My client, a successful UK based Law Firm are looking for Graduate and Resourcing Coordinator to join team of 6 spread between their offices in London, Manchester and Leeds, working as part of the wider HR team which comprises of around 40 staff.  The main purpose of this role is to provide day to day support to the Resourcing Team, including both Graduate and Lateral recruitment. 

Examples of core administration tasks are as follows:

·         Arrangement of interviews/assessment events liaising with partners, HR colleagues and recruitment agencies

·         Maintenance of recruitment databases/systems

·         Responsible for updating internal and external websites

·         Support the Resourcing Team

·         General recruitment support

·         Respond to general queries from HR colleagues and agencies

·         Organising Easter and Summer Placement schemes in London

·         Booking university law fairs and presentations.

·         Maintaining contact with future trainees and dealing with ad hoc enquiries. 

·         Providing administrative support to the HR Manager

Any successful applicant will need the following skills:

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Computer literate with excellent systems and database management skills

·         Consistently demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude  

·         Flexibility to travel
