Working within a broader Human Resources team, the Graduate Recruitment Advisor will play a pivotal role in all London-based recruitment, at the intern, graduate and lateral hire level. Through partnering with an existing recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to manage all London intern recruitment, assist with the design and delivery of the graduate recruitment program, and support the Recruitment Manager will all lateral hires. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in the capacity of a Graduate Recruitment Advisor within a financial services organisation. You will also have experience:
• Conducting competency-based candidate interviews
• Managing a diverse range of recruitment attraction channels in order to source CVs, including - print, on-line, preferred suppliers, internal referrals
• Creating, in partnership with line managers, appropriate job descriptions Our client is a French investment house with an impressive network of offices globally. This is a temporary position (expected to run 6 months in duration, possibly longer) and pays £120/day. Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
