Head of Human Resources, Charity, Surrey
Are you passionate about helping people? Are you an HR generalist who can take on a Head of HR role that really does make a difference?
My client is a world famous charity, looking for a new Head of HR to be based in Surrey. Experience in a charity or the public sector is needed due to the specific climate of the department. Obviously generalist skills are needed, including experience with payroll, benefits, E.R, employment law and training.
Being a stand-alone role, candidates should be assertive, confident and patient. Dealing with the CEO, Directors and managers throughout any given day mean my client is looking for someone who can build those essential relationships.
A CIPD qualification, advanced employment law or something of similar weight is needed for this incredible opportunity for either an individual who is looking to take that step up into the top echelons of HR, or similarly for an experienced HR professional who is now looking to make a difference.
