My clients, a highly respected accountancy practice, are seeking a Head of HR to create and deliver their HR Strategy in a newly created role.
This is a really interesting role, which requires an individual who can contribute at both strategic and operational levels. Sitting at Board Level, you will have responsibility for the Regional HR Managers and the HR & Training Administrator (s).
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement an effective HR strategy
Lead on the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide a customer focused operational service to the firm on all aspects of people management
Lead and manage the HR team and budget
