My clients, a global consultancy, are seeking a HR Manager to set up and run a HR Operations centre at their London office.
This role will involve developing and implementing the operational centre and supervising a team of HR support staff operating in a structured environment to provide transactional and first line advisory support for a wide variety of HR activities across the business.
You will play a key role in ensuring the team is developed sufficiently to absorb the new processes and the transition of new process is effective and efficient. You will be responsible for providing a first class service to your client group and will develop relationships across the HR team and business to ensure service delivery from the HR Operational Services team meets local/global needs and ensuring change to working practice involved in the delivery of each service is smoothly implemented.
