An interim opportunity with a specialist broadcasting business. This 3-6 month contract role will be primarily providing broad generalist HR support and advice to the London business.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be very hands on supporting a specific client group of around 180-200 people. Key areas of responsibility will also include:
* Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR related matters
* Participate and advise on the design and implementation of HR strategies, processes and
procedures
* Employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and performance
management
* Recruitment
* Compensation & Benefits
* Projects
This role will be ideal for someone who has experience at the Advisory level in a commercial environment. This role will offer variety and the ability to provide well rounded HR support. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or studying towards and have a professional and proactive approach in your work. The role is paying £35,000 - £38,000 and you must be available to start immediately. Although the role is initially for 3-6 months, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role.
