A unique opportunity has arisen within a global technology business in West London. This interim requirement is for an HR Advisor is for an immediate start and will hold a generalist remit. Reporting into both the Senior HR Officer and HR Manager, the role of HR advisor will hold a focus on all operational issues from Employee Relations through to HR project work.
The key responsibilities for the post will include:
* Managing the disciplinary and Grievance process
* Operational Employee Relations
* HR Projects
* Recruitment
This role will best suit someone with previous hands on operational HR experience, particularly strong exposure across all Employee Relations issues and matters. This role will sit within a collaborative, collegiate & supportative environment. You will be working with some experienced HR professionals who will engage you into some of the on going strategic HR projects.
