Our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, require an experienced advisor to handle casework, HR lifecycle and HR project work. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, recruitment, sickness absence, discipline and grievance, conduct and behaviour and performance management. You will have gained experience working within central Government or another public sector environment and be used to building relationships internally. All applicants should be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent level of experience to include excellent knowledge of employment legislation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
