Working for a fast growing, renowned retail organisation as an HR Advisor, this is a generalist HR role, where you will be supporting line managers and staff on day-to-day operational HR. You will provide support on employee relations, learning & development, policies and procedures and payroll administration. You will get involved in ad hoc project work and have strong employment law knowledge.
With experience of working in a fast paced environment and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards achieving this qualification.
We are looking for someone who can project an enthusiastic and influential approach, a driven character who is adaptable with excellent initiative, credible and results oriented.
