An interim opportunity working for a leading wealth management organisation. This 4 month contract role will be primarily providing broad generalist HR support and advice to the business but also having a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER).
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will support a specific client group. Key areas of responsibility will also include:
* Providing guidance on key employee relations issues including performance management,
capability, disciplinaries and grievances, sickness, maternity and flexible working.
* Supporting line managers with casework
* Collating information on ER
* Providing support on other HR activities including resourcing, reward and learning and development.
This role will be ideal for someone who has extensive and in-depth knowledge and experience of employee relations. This role offers variety and pace. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have a proven ability to build relationships and confidence internally and externally. The role is paying up to £150 per day (c£35,000) and you must be available for a start immediately.
