HR Staff Search are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (Band 6) for an NHS organisation based in Essex. Youll report directly to the HR Manager and your duties will include the following: To provide HR support and guidance to managers and other members of staff within the organisation Handle Sickness, Disciplinary and Grievance matters as an when they arise Provide generalist employee relations advice to all members of the organisation when required Manage and partake in recruitment of staff, from dealing with agencies to sitting on interview panels This is very much a generalist post and the ideal candidate will be at least Part CIPD qualified and have NHS/ Public Sector experience. Ideally youd have been working or have previously worked within a generalist post and have recruitment experience. Due to the location of the main site, a car driver would be preferred, however all applications will be based on their merit.
