My client is an international specialist insurer and reinsurer. They have a large presence in the UK and US as well as a network of international offices. The non-hierarchical structure has developed a corporate culture that gives all employees significant responsibility for the decisions they make.
Currently there is an opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to join the London team. Reporting to the HR Director and managing two HR Administrators, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient business partnership for relevant business areas. The role is generalist in nature and involves advising management on all HR related issues.
Responsibilities will include:
Advising on the appropriate resolution of complex employee relations issues including redundancies.
Recruitment and selection for roles up to and including managerial level.
Management of annual salary review and bonus process including job matching for relevant salary surveys and benchmarking.
