An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional HR advisor to join a global law firm who are leaders in their field.
My client is an organisation who prides itself on its commitment to a culture of rewarding and developing talent in a happy working environment.
You will provide a HR advisory service to your own client group through consultation, influence and effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Headcount and business planning
Recruitment
Employee development
Employee relations
Appraisal and remuneration
Specific project work
You will ideally be CIPD qualified with previous HR experience gained in professional services or other blue-chip organisation. Supervisory experience would be advantageous alongside solid computer literacy including SAP HR systems.
