Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for an international specialist recruitment business. From their first office in London in 1986 they have grown organically to 54 establishments across the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong and Dubai, with plans to open additional international offices in 2009 and beyond. The Senior HR Advisor will take ownership of delivering ER support and advice to all departmental heads. The successful candidate will also manage the delivery of appraisals, training and development, and build on succession plans. You will also have involvement in change management and HR policies and procedures.
