Our client is an established British fashion brand with a great heritage spanning over twenty years. Renowned for its innovative design and edginess, the brand is well positioned to draw on its heritage and return to its roots as a creative independent fashion boutique.
We are supporting the recruitment for a talented HR Advisor to join a growing HR team and be part of delivering the people strategy right from the start. This is a newly created position and a true generalist role supporting both Head Office and Retail functions. Working alongside the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will also be involved in projects to take the brand forward.
You will have a minimum of three years HR experience specifically in resourcing and employee relations and preferably from a retail background. A self starter, with a commercial attitude and ability to articulate ideas, you are a creative thinker, resourceful and flexible. A team player, you naturally embrace change and are motivated by a challenging brief.
