My London based client is looking for a HR advisor. As mainly a training specialist, a candidate would be
part of a 2 man HR advisor partnership with the other focusing on recruitment. Being a leading accountancy
body, the company specialise in training professional accountants. Members linked to the company on the whole
go onto the highest echelons of top firms and prestigious organisations both in the UK and internationally.
Involved in the monitoring of public money especially this firm is the UKs leader in public accountancy.
Training is exceptionally important to my client, and so is the HR position available. An HR advisor who has had
a number of years experience and has specialised, or had a good exposure, to training. This coaching and
development would encompass the bulk of the role, with other generalist duties along side.
Candidates should be experienced in HR, have access to London city, and have a genuine passion for
training individuals.
No industrial experience is required, just a passion for training and true belief in developing people.
