My clients are a rapidly expanding and very successful management consultancy based in the City. They are committed to enabling people to fulfil their potential through training, development and healthy work/life balance.
They are seeking a HR Advisor for a 9-12 month maternity cover role that is very likely to become permanent.
Reporting into the HR Director, and with responsibility for the HR Assistant, you will partner and contribute to the HR agenda of the business by providing advice that will enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Provide advice, guidance and support on staffing, comp & bens, employee relations, career development and succession planning
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Advise on organisational change
Lead on HR projects
You will have gained experience in a HR advisory capacity and have superb communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
CIPD qualification is essential.
