Providing policy information and advice to managers and staff, regarding conditions of service, employment legislation, discipline and grievance, equal opportunities, sickness, welfare and all policy and procedures are all key parts of this role.
To be successful in this role you will need previous advisory experience to officer level, as well as being confident in using your own judgement to deal with day to day activity. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and being able to devise solutions to key business issues quickly. This role is a 6 month contract with possibility of being extended.
