My client is looking for an experienced HR generalist with some experience in training specifically.
Working in tandem with another advisor specialising in recruitment, the role will be focused on training
and development programmes. The company deliver professionals into the accountancy sector and are a nation
leader in that sector.
Delivering candidates to the top echelons of prestigious organisations, both in the UK and abroad, the offices
are astounding. The culture of the company and team involved are remarkable and HR professionals in all
aspects.
An HR advisor who has had a number of years experience and has had a good exposure to training is needed.
This coaching and development would encompass the bulk of the role, with other generalist duties along side.
Candidates should have a genuine passion for training individuals. No industrial experience is required, just
a passion for development.
