My client, an architect company, is looking for an HR Assistant with a helicopter view to work alongside the head of HR and the HR Officers. This company works with corporate and public sector organisations as well as developers. Ideally you are looking for an HR Officer role as your next step. Qualities, skills and experience required Presentable and able to act as an ambassador on behalf of the HR Dept and F+P Maintain a high standard and professional image at all times Recognised HR qualification, preferably CIPD Good knowledge of employment law Able to demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities of the role Adept Microsoft office skills particularly Excel and Word, knowledge of HR systems Previous experience of HR Database would be useful Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team Enthusiastic, flexible and helpful attitude and team orientated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach Excellent organisational skills and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
