The HR Business Partner, based in Central London, will provide pro-active, strategic and commercially focused HR support to various contracts; supporting the exec teams in assisting in the delivery of business targets and ensuring behaviours are aligned with the organisation'score values and governing principles. HR BUSINESS PARTNER - KEY SKILLS
The candidate must possess demonstrable TUPE expertise
They must be commercially focussed
Outgoing personality with an adaptable approach
Ability to support the the managers within the business
Both strategic and operational expertise
Strong HR generalist knowledge
