This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a highly prestigious retailer and be part of a dynamic HR division. As a HR Business Partner your key responsibilities will include providing a HR service both operationally and strategically to the HR service and liaising closely with the Business Managers to identify HR issues across the divisions. You will also be involved in managing and implementing strategic HR policies and procedures with a strong focus on communicating with the senior management team. The suitable candidate would already be working as a HR Business Partner or in a similar role from a retail background. If you have the ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and possess strong commercial acumen then this could be the role for you.
