HR Business Partner (EMEA) - London
This highly renowned global business is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join their high profile HR function. Culturally our client is a highly professional and fast-paced business which is results focused and focuses on strong stakeholder management across the organisation. As a key HR Manager in the HR function, you will manage your own client area, which could be international, and provide both an operational and more strategic HR service to the business. You will handle complex ER issues for your area whilst also developing strategic HR initiatives for your client group. In addition you will develop managers on performance issues, partner the business on structural changes, manage global relocations and manage inquiries on HR policies and processes. With strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, you will be creative and ambitious whilst thriving in an energetic environment. With strong HR Generalist experience, UK employment law knowledge and previous relationship manager/business partner experience, this position is an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career. Any previous International HR experience would be advantageous.
