One of the U.K's leading people carriers is currently looking for additional HR business Partners to join their fast paced and growing HR department.
As the company moves towards becoming a world class organisation you will have a significant role in providing an HR service for a mixed client base (C 400 employees) You will be in an all round generalist role where you will be dealing with change management, TUPE, employee relations issues and recruitment.
This is a generalist role with a strong focus on providing support on all ER related issues, change management and driving the business forward. The ideal candidate will have industrial relations and have trade union experience within a blue collar environment.
