£50,000 to £60,000 plus attractive benefits
Are you a strong HR generalist looking to move into a strategic role? Do you want to work for an innovative, dynamic and global business known for its high quality service to its clients?
Use your proven, all round generalist skills to develop and implement HR programs. In particular you will need to draw on your talent management, ER, and change experience. Your' strong coaching and 'consultancy' skills will help support and advise line management with respect to people issues, and a commercial approach will also ensure you are constantly identifying opportunities to add value to the bottom line.
The successful candidate will come from a blue chip, media or professional services background with an excellent track record of HR business partnership in a shared services environment. You will have experience in a large, complex and multi cultural environment and be able to work effectively with senior management. Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills are essential together with a results driven approach. You will also be degree, and ideally, CIPD qualified
