My clients, a FTSE 250 listed consultancy with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team at the London office.
The main purpose of the role is to aid business leaders to meet key objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and to lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance.
You will also collaboratively work with other HR Business Partners and specialist functions to develop innovative, timely and cost effective best practice HR/learning and development solutions that can be implemented across the Department as a whole (e.g. HR Policies, recruitment and selection practices, retention approaches, performance management, absence management etc.)
