Out Client is a leading Investment Bank based in the City looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to act as a true HR Business Partner.
This is a strategic and hands on position with a strong project bias with management responsibility.
The role will have primary HRBP responsibility for the credit risk, HR, finance, audit and compliance Client group (approx c.300). Generalist HRBP duties include handling complex ER issues. You will be involved with the set up of the global mobility function, review the reward and compensation scheme alongside establishing strategic aims for the corporate bank with the HR Director.
Applicants must have a strong academic record and be a proficient problem solver.
Financial Service / Blue Chip / Professional Services HR experience essential. CIPD qualified preferable.
