This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner to join a global FS organisation based in central London. This is a broad generalist HRBP post where the applicant will need to be able to follow procedures yet have the capabilities to ‘think outside of the box’.
Working across the EMEA the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Strategy, manpower planning and resourcing Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Health and Safety and Business Continuity
The role will also involve ‘ad hoc’ HR generalist duties including budget management and procurement. There is also a number of exciting HR projects to get involved with. This is a senior position, the client is looking for a candidate who will help develop junior HR members.
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, have a strong business focus and be able to quickly establish credibility with clients and achieve demanding goals to a high standard.
