Our client is a world leading investment bank looking to recruit a HR Business Partner.
Role remit includes:
- Provide a generalist HR service to all levels of employees across client group
- Advise and consult on all HR related issues – analysing HR problems, recommend solutions and ensure resolution
- Complete challenging projects to high quality and to strict deadlines
- Manage direct reports (HRO and HRA) and aid their development
This is a true HRBP role, with a mix of strategy and ‘hands on’ involvement within a prestigious, world recognised investment bank. CIPD desirable.
