Job Description
My client is a well know organisation in the NFP sector and have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner.
We are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible for this urgent assignment that could between 3-6 months and could potentially become a permanent role.
You will be responsible for providing a professional, commercially focussed, generalist HR service to managers and staff in defined business areas, which add value and provide solutions in support of strategic goals that improve organisational performance.
Some of the duties include;
-Provide professional generalist HR advice and support to deliver appropriate solutions to defined business areas.
-Coach and advise managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection, performance management and employee relations processes, which ensure local business needs are met.
-Work with the business on complex ER cases up to tribunal stage.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and will have both public/NFP and commercial sector experience.
