Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to join one of UK's most successful Retail organisations. Reporting into the HR Manager in an HR team of 5 you will be the first point of contact for for line managers when it comes to the day-to-day operational HR and Learning and Development activity across the head office. Key responsibilities will include
supporting line managers with disciplinary and grievance cases,
co-ordination and delivery of the company induction programme,
support the HR manager in reviewing the learning needs of the business
manage the annual pay review and bonus processes in a timely and efficient manner,
supporting with recruitment and selection as required, including interviewing and advising line managers on the recruitment process
You will also support the Manager in mentoring and developing the HR Assistant.
You must come from a strong HR generalist background good understanding of UK employment legislation. You also have to have a proven track record operating as an HR professional within a fast paced and professional environment. You must be a strong communicator with an ability to build strong relations across all levels of the business.
