Role
Based in The Netherlands you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating HR relation’s policies, programs and procedures and identifying policy needs. You will be reviewing policies and procedures and devising methods of organising implementation of approved programs. You will also be responsible for advising managers on the interpretation of policies and benefit programs.
Person
From a large global background you will be HR qualified with good knowledge of Dutch and British employment law with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Dutch. You will have proficient knowledge of MS Office with good knowledge of SAP HR with the ability to implement and apply HR policies, programs and procedures.
For candidates that aren’t based in the Netherlands the role will include a significant Relocation and Expat Package
