In this new role, you will be part of a proactive HR advisory team with a focus on working with line managers to improve the performance of their people and teams. Partnering with the organisation, you will play an important part in driving change and you will be supporting a specific client base on day to day HR matters. As this is a pure generalist role, there is a strong bias towards employee relations. As you will be line managing an HR Advisor, you will ideally have at least supervisory experience if not previous managerial responsibility. We are looking for a HR Generalist who can combine a practical understanding of current HR best practice and employment law with a proactive approach to building strong relationships with managers across the organisation. Proactive and passionate about HR, you will be ideally CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification. You will also have experience of recruitment and selection, and a strong background in employee relations.
