Our client is a market leader in the FMCG market, looking for an HR Manager to be responsible for the delivery of a professional and highly customer-focussed HR transactional service. As part of a new team, you will be working closely across the business and all HR teams to manage and monitor data quality across the region.

You will be responsible for the implementation of HR data quality initiatives and will work in close collaboration with the service delivery teams in the respective regions.

With a generalist background in HR, you will be supporting the management of HR data; monitoring and contributing to the improvement of the quality of HR transactional data, as well as coaching and supporting users.

You will have experience of working with HR functional departments, ideally where an outsourced or shared service delivery team provides service to the business and HR. Working with HR Information and Data (both Transactional and Master Reference Data), you will have experience of monitoring and managing data quality, as well as providing enhanced decision making information to HR leadership teams.

Influential with strong business acumen, you will have the ability to work across diverse cultures worldwide. Some technical knowledge of PeopleSoft v8.3 and SAP HR will be required. Ideally you will have experience of managing payroll.
