HR MANAGER LONDON £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits One of the world’s leading project management and construction companies is recruiting a stand alone HR Manager to provide a start-up generalist HR service to a major new Business Unit. The client is a creative company with a global reach and has pride in their long-term partnerships. The Role: • Provide a professional HR service with delivers people solutions to meet the needs of the business • Coach and enable managers in developing their people management capabilities and skills • Ensure the Business Unit manages it’s people and performance through the creation of frameworks, processes and tools so as to adopt best practice • Lead on a project or HR specialism in order to promote learning and development policies and systems • Support the Resourcing specialist when necessary The Person: This role requires a dynamic individual with strong HR generalist skills and the character and energy to set up a new HR function. There will be support from the central HR function and the Operations team.
