HR Manager - Middlesex
£40,000 - £50,000
Our client is a fast-moving and dynamic food manufacturer who has a turnover in excess of 1 billion. Developing their people is key to continue to grows and right now they are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join one of their Senior Teams.
In this role you will be accountable for the manufacturing operations of the business. You will lead the HR strategy in terms of HR policy and procedures for the operation and provide managers with advice and support on employment legislation, best practice, company policies and procedures particularly with respect to discipline, grievance and absence management as well as assisting in resolving any day-to-day employee relations issues as they arise.
This is a generalist role you will have exposure to every facet of the discipline. With CIPD qualification, we are looking for well-developed HR Manager with good influencing skills, a proven track record in relationship building, strong communication ability and the skills to drive large long-term projects to fruition and evaluate the success. You will be flexible in approach, be confident in manner, and have commercially focused HR experience ideally with a Manufacturing environment.
Package includes a basic £40,000 - £50,000 salary plus final salary pension, fully expensed car or car allowance, bonus and other benefits.
