HR Manager - London

This leading global professional services organisation is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their London HR team. The position will be working as a Business Partner to s specific client group, and advise/drive the ongoing development and implementation of people-related strategies. You will also coach management teams and implement best practice whilst also supporting line managers on performance management and developing bespoke Performance Improvement Plans. As a key HR Manager to the business, you will be working closely with the business you will advise on the application of HR policies and investigate any disciplinary and grievance issues, whilst also having the opportunity to work on Corporate HR projects. With previous experience at HR Manager level, you will have an ability to work at both operational and more tactical levels in HR, and have excellent influencing and facilitation skills in driving through change. Good project management skills will be beneficial and a pragmatic and commercial mindset will be essential.
