As an interim HR Manager for a four-month contract, you will advise the business leadership on people priorities. You will implement an agreed HR plan to ensure that staff are developed to their potential and perform at their optimum to improve the overall performance of the business.
The role involves working as the HR business partner and the person for this role will have the following experience
h CIPD qualified
h Specific experience of performance management
h Deep HR expertise gained through experience in line roles or in consulting roles and proven experience of working in a complex organisation, managing HR related issues appropriately
h Able to build and maintain relationships across all levels and will have the credibility to interact with senior individuals
h The ability to convert business priorities to people priorities and be able to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
