A SUPERB OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A HR MANAGER WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A TALENTED HR TEAM IN LONDON.
My client, a Global Professional Services organisation, is seeking an International HR Manager to cover the EMEA region. You will work directly with the HR Director to further the HR Strategy for each region
You will ideally have sound knowledge of employee relations and employment law for these regions and have good language and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing integrated compensation & benefits strategies, co-ordination of International benefits arrangements and expatriate assignments, and be able to implement local HR support in overseas divisions including the development of local policies, procedures and culture which are compliant with local best practice.
