Our client, an iconic global fashion brand is currently seeking to recruit, for an initial period of 12 months (with potential for a permanent role thereafter) an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner as an Interim European HR Manager.
Based in London you will manage the delivery of the HR strategy for the UKand Northern Europe. This will involve managing and developing the regional HR teams, rolling out core HR programmes, working closely with the line management and senior management teams understanding their business objectives and implementing HR initiatives to help them achieve these objectives.
The role will focus on maintaining a strong HR infrastructure in each country with regards to policy and procedure, employee relations, recruitment, and communication.
To succeed in this role you should have management level HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, luxury or an FMCG environment. Alongside this you will have previous experience of managing a team and a track record of achieving success in a commercial environment.
