An opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of the team behind the scenes at one of London's largest Fashion Retail Stores. The role of HR Manager is entirely generalist and will see you have very involved in the day to day operational aspects of Employee Relations and People Issues at a senior level and supporting your team to manage similar issues at all other levels. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to ensure that the HR team support the commercial demands of the business.
Managing a team of Advisors and Officers, you will ensure that your team have the confidence and knowledge to give advice and guidance to employees within the business on issues around performance management, disciplinary and grievance, absence management and maternity and paternity. You will also partner the resourcing manager and L&D Manager to ensure that all recruitment and L&D initiatives are effectively implemented and are meeting the business needs. Due to the fast paced and highly fluid nature of this business, applicants must have experience in Retail or a customer service focussed environment.
You will have provided HR support to large and diverse client groups, in a business where the culture and brand is regarded with upmost importance and integral to the inner workings of the company. You will be comfortable working with senior business leaders in driving business strategy and have demonstrable experience of influencing an hr strategy that supports the overall business agenda.
