My client, a global leader in financial services’ technology, is seeking a HR Manager for its London Office.
This is a superb opportunity to join an inspiring team who will be determined to help you fulfil your potential and achieve your ambitions.
The overall aim of the role will be to provide a full and comprehensive HR service to your client group and work with the business in enabling the organisation to attract, motivate and retain high calibre staff to achieve business plans and global growth plans.
You will report to the HR Director in the US and work alongside the HR Director to develop relations and drive HR into a more strategic position. Additionally, you will manage a small team and be responsible for their training and development.
You will ideally be CIPD accredited, be persuasive and able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess a solid knowledge of employment law.
